Intel is ready to launch a new Solid State Drive (SSD) in April 2012. Dubbed as the Intel SSD 313, the storage device is based on 25nm SLC (single-level cell) NAND. Available in 20GB and 24GB of storage capacity, the Intel SSD 313 comes in 2.5-inch and mSATA form factors. The 20GB model retails for $99, while the 24GB model is priced at $119. [PCLaunches]
